For the last three years, one lucky winner has been chosen to celebrate their Super Sweet 16 in style with MTV and Clean and Clear!

And this year, it could be YOU! Come 2010 we are giving you the chance to have your dream Sweet 16, but if yous has beeen an gone, fret not, help us choose this year's winner and maybe you'll get an invite!

If you turn 16 in 2010 and you want to party like the very rich and famous then this is your chance! All you have to do is enter your details below, or get behind one of our lucky finalists for the coolest party ever!

Comp closes Wednesday April 9, with finalists announced via ZM and on MTV.co.nz Tuesday, April 13.

Then get ready to vote on Wednesday, April 14, before the Grand Prize winner is announced Friday, May 7.
