To enter your child into the search, first we need you, as your child's parent or guardian, to agree to our terms and conditions of participation.

To enter the audition instructions found at www.milkybar.co.nz. You will need to download a script and use a video camera or a mobile phone with video capability to film your child's audition, and upload it to a YouTube account. The entry forms and all instructions on how to create a YouTube account will be on the website. Entrants are strongly advised to follow the privacy setting recommendations contained in the audition instructions to ensure that your child's audition is not publicly available. Alternatively visit a participating retail outlet holding in-store auditions to record your entry. Details on participating stores will be found at www.milkybar.co.nz.
