Rob Burns, pastry chef and the owner of Rob's Patisserie in the heart of Ponsonby, Auckland, is famous for his amazing occasion cakes, so he has teamed up with award-winning photographer Charlie Smith to bring us Kiwiana Party Cakes - Fun cakes for fun occasions.
Rob includes basic cake mixes at the back of the book along with a picture parade of decorations.
